PermaWorks™ warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product (the period during which the product can be expected to remain functional for its intended purpose (no less than 25 years after the date of purchase) as determined by PermaWorks™ provided the products are used for their intended purpose, in a residential setting, and cared for according to instructions. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• excessive exposure to water, heat or direct sunlight, evidence of impact or misuse, contact with abrasive products or surfaces,
• normal wear and tear,
• abusive use or intentional damage to the product,
• accidents to the product, altercations, or fire,
• vermin or insect infestation,
• hard-water scale buildup,
• natural disasters or extreme weather events,
• modifications or alterations to the product.

This warranty does not cover:

• lost or stolen product,
• products purchased from unauthorized retailers, such as, but not limited to, third party sellers on eBay, Amazon and Facebook Marketplaces, etc.,
• dissatisfaction with the product.
  

This warranty is not transferable, and proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim. At its sole discretion, PermaWorks™ will repair or replace the product. If PermaWorks™ replaces your product, the replaced product will continue to be warranted for the remaining time of the original warranty period. If your product cannot be replaced with an equivalent product, PermaWorks™ may issue merchandise credit equal to the original amount paid with proof of purchase. Shipping costs to and from PermaWorks™ for warranty service are the responsibility of the consumer. This warranty is applicable to private residential customers only. It does not apply to retailers and commercial establishments. Specially discounted merchandise may not be covered by this warranty. This warranty is valid only in the country where the PermaWorks™ product was purchased. PERMAWORKS™ IS PROVIDING THIS WARRANTY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PERMAWORKS™ DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Liability arising out of, or relating to the use, or inability to use the product or otherwise in connection with the product, is limited to the amount actually paid by the purchaser. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
